The ingredients like fruits and vegetables that you can put in a smoothie and juice and yogurt are also healthy foods you can combine to make a delicious and worry-free quick meal.

2. Fresh ginger in water

Similar to how you’d make hot tea, cut up a cube of ginger and let it steep for a few minutes in some hot water. You can add honey or lemon to it to flavor it a bit. You can even try drinking ginger ale.
